As a Senior Partner & Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Abhi successfully helped Industrial Technology businesses through large-scale transformations to achieve break out growth, automate and modernize operations, and navigate complex mergers. His clients have included private equity-backed businesses, privately held/ family-owned firms as well as Fortune 500 companies

Abhi was a core member and leader in BCG’s Industrials practice. He lead the Business & Operating model transformation practice for Industrials in America and for Automotive globally. He co-led the team that established and subsequently grew BCGs Digital Automation and Shared Services business

Now, as the founder of ALEN Partners, Abhi is focused on investing in and operating businesses where he can apply his deep expertise and 20+ years of experience on behalf of his investors

Abhi has a Bachelors in Chemical Engineer from Punjab University, India and an MBA from Harvard Business School
